PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. Many of our items are produced in small batches or made-to-order. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Due to the nature of textiles and embroidery, slight variations in color, stitching, or texture may occur and are considered part of the character of handcrafted goods.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer free shipping within the United States on all orders unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on each product description. Many of our items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, and processing times may vary. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer. The Velvet Table is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because many of our items are made-to-order or limited production, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@velvettable.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. After that time, cancellations may not be possible. To request a cancellation, email hello@velvettable.com as soon as possible.
